The 16oz bottle is great for medium volume powders. The maximum amount of volume we usually put in this container is 240 grams depending on the density of the powder. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size. 240 grams of a more granular pre workout type powder fits much differently than say a powder for a nitric oxide product which can take up to 50% in additional space.

The 19/20oz bottle is probably the most widely used jar for pre workout powders. It can comfortable fit up to 375 grams of a granular powder. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size.
